Attracting every engineering candidate with their outstanding placement histories and reasonable cost structures, India has 23 IITs. Admission to one of these top universities requires two steps. IIT Admission Process

The entry test is UCEED. Admits students to its BDes degree in Design, depending on UCEED results at IIT Hyderabad. Common Entrance Exam For Design (CEED)

CEED is the Common Entrance Exam for Design. IIT Bombay does it for admission to Master of Design (MDes) programs run across many IITs and other design institutes. CEED offers a different entrance point, especially into IIT design programs, therefore avoiding JEE requirements. Using multiple-choice questions and sketching and drawing assessments, the exam examines creative thinking, drawing, visualization, observation abilities, and design sensitivity. It lets design candidates avoid JEE and be admitted into IITs for design studies.

HSEE

Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Exam (HSEE) is Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Exam. IIT Madras conducts it for admission to five-year integrated MA programs in Humanities and Social Sciences at many IITs). Especially for the humanities and social sciences, HSEE offers a different path to access IITs without JEE.
